We are actively engaged in a broad range of programs and activities, all focused on creating crucially needed transitions toward sustainable practice, primarily in the area of consulting and development. Since most of the problems we’re facing on this small planet are systemic in nature, VSATC takes a highly integrated approach to fostering change.

VSATC is a top business foundation in many countries and it will be like so in ME, It is a flourishing cauldron of excellence in Management & Leadership education, high quality research, executive development, and value added consultancy. Having established its footprint worldwide, VSATC’s vision is to become one of the top business firms in the world. A vision where every achievement motivates us to set the bar even higher. A vision where VSATC’s offerings are continuously updated in keeping with the ever changing global business environment. A vision where we are committed to meeting our social responsibilities, while setting high standards for all our stake holders. A vision and a challenge which we at VSATC have pursued relentlessly over the years.

Our VSATC programs have helped thousands of junior, middle and senior executives across the length and breadth of the world, to update their knowledge and their skills.

VSATC’s vision brings a global perspective to all its activities. Driven by this vision, VSATC has constantly endeavored to grow and consolidate its global network. Our aim is to incorporate the world’s best academic practices into all our programs, namely our management and executive programs, as also our training programs for the Top Six Sigma Belts, Lean Management - Leadership of the corporate world.

Creating workable alternative solutions and systems requires developing the capacity for change in individuals, communities, organizations, and institutions…not just changing or improving technology. Our goal is to empower people and organizations to look at all of the relationships and consequences related to what they do and to grow into full responsibility for making informed decisions that consider their effect on all people and all species, now and in the future.

VSATC has consistently focused on designing practice oriented learning and a contemporary industry-focused curriculum, driven by our strong corporate interface. This unique blend of VSATC’s global perspective and strong industry linkage contribute to bringing best practices to corporate, through training programs as well as action-centric research and consulting. Further, it leads to collaborative research in global, cross-cultural areas of management, jointly with top-notch research driven institutions world-wide. This research has led to VSATC taking a leading role in business and economic development.

As VSATC’s vision has taken shape and grown quite naturally, the people associated with VSATC have also grown in tandem. Our highly experienced faculties members have increasingly worked on global research problems as well as research oriented consulting, and have made significant contribution to know-how world-wide. Our bright young students have developed their minds and have embarked upon promising careers in the corporate world. The executives who have been trained at VSATC have developed their latent managerial and leadership capabilities, and several of them have made it right to the top in their respective organizations.

The future prospects of VSATC are tremendous. We are establishing collaborations with industrial and higher technical foreign firms and universities. The collaborations with a number of countries: USA, Japan, UK, Germany Russia, Switzerland, Scotland, Netherland, Denmark, Sweden, Korea, Australia have already been established. These are exciting times for the VSATC community and we welcome participation of all concerned in our endeavors.

VSATC was established to provide leadership in the area of innovative management education with an emphasis on developing all round creative skills.
