INNOVATION Our experience with Lean and Six Sigma goes back over 10 years. In groundbreaking work, we pioneered many of the tools critical to the Lean, Lean Six Sigma, and Six Sigma methodologies. In the 2000's, VSATC's played an integral part in developing Six Sigma at many firms ,in the 2004, VSATC helped bring Lean from Japan, pioneering the integration of JIT and Process Redesign with Quality (or what is now commonly referred to as Lean Six Sigma). VSATC also worked with GT Capital when Six Sigma was applied to services across the board for the first time.
